No question that both Bryan and I tend to fall in love with whatever we read by C.S. Lewis. For him, it’s lately been the space trilogy — for me, it’s always been The Great Divorce and a book of poetry one of Lewis’ editors put together after his death. It seems that the aforementioned follows me around — the high countries. I wonder if I’d listen to whomever He sent to greet me. I wonder if I’d carry a lizard on my shoulder. I wonder if I’d become solid. I wonder if I’d fall to pieces.
